Sorrel is looking for a motivatedGeneral Managerto join our management team! We are looking for someonewho can develop personal and long-term relationships with our team and wants to be an integralleaderin a growing restaurant.At Sorrel we strive to push the envelope when it comes to Northern California culinary excellence in a One Star Michelin setting. Since we opened in April 2018, we have focused on cultivating an environment where our guests feel like they are part of something memorable. We are looking for a leader to join our team that will continue to find new ways to innovate and improve the experience at Sorrel for guests and staff alike. TheGeneralManager, under the direction of ourDirector of Operations,is responsible for the following: Mentor staff and foster a positive work environment Payroll, tip, and cash management Hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff Wine knowledge and training Reservation system management Website contentupdates Manage inbound guest communications (email and phone) Assist in private dining and off-site dinner execution (collaborate with events manager and Chefs) What you can expect from us: A fun and safe work environment Support from motivated, hard-working colleagues High standards for ourselves and service Full benefits program Bonus incentives Paid Vacation Days Excellent family meals Required Experience3 years.
